Meet the new Chairs of the UNICA GREEN Working Group!

 

UNICA GREEN Working Group is happy to present its new Chairs:

 

 

 

Alexandra Demoustiez, Sustainability Director and head of the Environment and Mobility Service at Université libre de Bruxelles

Alexandra Demoustiez gained 18 years of experience in the private sector, firstly in international companies as Economist and Business Analyst, secondly as Coordinator and Senior Research in social responsibility investment (SRI) and corporate social responsibility (CSR). In 2009 she joined the ULB as Sustainability Director and head of the Environment and Mobility Service.

 

 

 

Benoît Frund, Vice-Rector for the sustainability policy alongside campus management and development at the University of Lausanne 

Benoît Frund began his professional career in an SME active in geoinformatics and development aid. In early 2004, he returned to UNIL as Deputy Administrative Director. Among other tasks, he was responsible for leading a project to reorganize the services in charge of buildings which led to the creation of the Unibat service, which he managed until 2011. From 2009 to 2011 he was also responsible for UNIL's Agenda 21, which proposed to adopt a strong sustainability policy in teaching, research and life on campus. Since 2011, he joined the UNIL Management team as Vice-President for Sustainability and Campus.

We take this opportunity to announce that the University of Zagreb will host the 10th UNICA GREEN workshop at the CAAS centre in Dubrovnik, 1 - 3 April 2020.
